PLATTSBURGH Mrs. Marie A. Bouyea, 70, of Sorrell Avenue, Plattsburgh, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006, at the CVPH Medical Center with her family by her side. She was born in Norfolk, N.Y., on May 23, 1936, the daughter of Lyle and Evelyn (LaComb) Dishaw. Marie retired from the A&P Supermarket in 1980. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and dining out. Marie was a member of St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville. She was predeceased by her parents, Lyle and Evelyn Dishaw; her brothers, Paul and Charles Dishaw. Marie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Tyler Bouyea of Plattsburgh; two stepsons, Richard Bouyea of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Russell Bouyea of Plattsburgh; three stepdaughters, Betty Rascoe of Plattsburgh, Bonnie Nicholson and her husband Norman of Bangor, Maine, Beverly Norcross and her husband Darry of Cadyville; two brothers, Leo Dishaw and his wife Patricia of Massena, Robert Dishaw and his wife Lucille of Amsterdam; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews also survive her. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, N.Y. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville. Interment will follow in the family plot at St. Alexander's Cemetery. Simpson, 52, of the Seymour Road, Beekmantown, passed away suddenly Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2006. He was born in Plattsburgh, N.Y., on July 16, 1954, the son of Lloyd J. and Elizabeth (Benway) Simpson. Gary was the owner and operator of Mirage Services. He was predeceased by his parents, Lloyd and Elizabeth Simpson. Gary is survived by his wife of 33 years, Nancy (Hewson) Simpson of Beekmantown; a son, Christopher Simpson and his wife Lisa of Beekmantown; a cherished possession, his granddaughter Morgan; three brothers, Donald of Plattsburgh, Steven and his wife Crystal of Schuyler Falls, Kevin and Tina of Plattsburgh; four sisters, Gloria and Mack of Wyoming, Cindee of West Chazy, Susan of Plattsburgh, Jody and Ed of Schuyler Falls; nine brother-in-laws; two sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. At Gary's request, there will no calling hours. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at St. Peter's Cemetery.
