>From the Western Star, Corner Brook, NL Clementine Marche, Port au Port East - It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clementine Marche announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Monday, October 8, 2007 at the age of 93 years. She will be sadly missed by her six sons: Jackie of Port au Port East, Michael (Linda) of Stephenville, Gerard (Ann) of St. Johns, Duncan (Irene) of Port au Port East, Fintan of Brampton, Ontario, Brian of Georgetown, Ontario; six daughters: Mary (Leroy) Norman of Tennessee, Theresa (Walt) Burdick of New York, Cathy Bobowski (Tom) of Port au Port East, Vera Marche of Stephenville, Liz (Gerald) Rhyner of Port au Port East, Shirley Marche (Aubrey) of Brampton, Ontario; one sister, Cecilia Lainey of Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, Stephenville Crossing; 31 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Angus Marche; son, James Marche; two daughters: Bernadette McWilliams, Melanie Marche; and four brothers and five sisters. Friends may call at the Maria Regina Parish, Port au Port East on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Friday, October 12th at 2:00 p.m. at the Maria Regina Parish, Port au Port East with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Port au Port East. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
