    3. Fournier, Regina M. MENANDS, N.Y. -- Regina Madeline Fournier, 84, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007, at Albany Medical Center Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Redford, N.Y., she was the beloved daughter of the late Wilfred and Dorothy (Anderson) Gauthier. Regina worked for many years in the village of Menands as the senior citizens director. She had enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1945, but with the end of hostilities, she was honorably discharged. She was the wife of the late Louis J. Fournier; loving mother of Louis Gary Fournier (Lauretta) of Saranac Lake, Marlene D'Aloisio of Long Island, Sharon Fournier of Menands and Amy Eglin (Tim) of Chatham; beloved grandmother of Lori, Becky, Whitney, Erica, Michael, Kristen, Marcia, Jessica, Geena and Sara; great-grandmother of Samantha, Delaney, Daniel and Thomas; sister of Theresa Brunell of Dannemora, Rita Nephew of Mineville and the late Alice Coryer, Wilfred "Bud" Gauthier, Janet Forkey and Harvey Gauthier; several nieces and nephews also survive. Calling hours were held on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the McVeigh Funeral Home, 208 North Allen St., Albany. A funeral service was held at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at noon at the Sacred Heart Church, North Albany. Interment followed the Mass in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. Published in the Press Republican from 10/28/2007 - 10/29/2007. Rabideau, Mae PLATTSBURGH -- Mrs. Mae Rabideau, 90, formerly of Rugar Street in Plattsburgh, and most recently of Vilas Home in Plattsburgh and then the Skilled Nursing Facility at CVPH Medical Center, peacefully passed away Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007, at the Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born in Plattsburgh on Nov. 16, 1916, daughter of the late Frederick and Ellen (Bond) Adams. Mae was employed at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was a volunteer at the Eye Care of the Adirondacks where she was Volunteer of the Year. Mae was a communicant of St. John's Church in Plattsburgh. She enjoyed baking, cooking and gardening. Mae especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Mae is survived by four children, Judith "Judy" King and her husband, Ellsworth of Tom Miller Road, Susan Corrigan and her husband, Edward of Vandalia, Ohio, Ron Rabideau and his wife, Jo of Syracuse, Ken Rabideau and his wife, Diane of The Villages, Florida, five grandchildren, Jeff King and Ronda Augustus of Beekmantown, Jamie King and Ronda Matott of Plattsburgh, Adam Rabideau of Syracuse, Luke Rabideau and his fiance, Jamie Manning of New Paltz, Tim Rabideu and his fiance, Lisa Simonds of Westerly, R. I., two adoptive grandchildren, April and Holly, one great grandson, Tyler King of Plattsburgh and several nieces and nephews. Mae was pre-deceased by her husband, Leo Rabideau, an adoptive daughter, Darlene Russell Grenier, her brother Fred, and sisters, Mary, Ellen, Lily, and Hattie. Calling Hours will be Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, from 4-7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007 at 10 a.m. at St. John's Church in Plattsburgh. Burial will follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery. Donations in Mae's memory may be made to Skilled Nursing at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. Mae's family would like to thank the staff of Vilas Home and Skilled Nursing at CVPH for the wonderful loving care they provided our mom.
