Friday, October 12, 2007 Cecilia Hebert SOMERSWORTH Cecilia A. Hebert, 94, formerly of 28 Franklin St., died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007, at St. Andre's Health Care Center, Biddeford, Maine, after a period of declining health. Cecilia was born on Aug. 22, 1913, in St. Leonard, New Brunswick, Canada, and was the daughter of Joseph and Philine (Clavete) Bourgoine. She had lived in Somersworth most of her life, where she was educated at St. Martin Academy. She also lived in Berwick for a time with her family. She was a homemaker and was a communicant of St. Martin Catholic Church. Family members include her daughter, Irene Berube of Sebastian, Fla.; her sister, Mamie Doucette of Berwick. She also leaves her grandchildren, Paul "Sonny" Gauthier of Milton, Gary Gauthier of Somersworth, Cyndie Chase of Lyman, Maine, and Cathy Prenaveau of Wolfeboro. Cecilia also leaves her four great-grandchildren and her five great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers, George, Aimee, John and Waldo Bourgoine and by her sister, Elizabeth Sedgewick. Her husband, Paul Hebert, was predeceased in 1975. A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Martin Catholic Church, West High and Maple streets with the Rev. Aaron Pfaff, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be at a later date in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Somersworth.
