Bergevin, 92, died Thursday at Epsom Manor in Epsom. He was born in Allenstown, the son of Odilon and Marie (Petrin) Bergevin. He was a lifetime resident of Allenstown. He worked for Emery Waterhouse in Manchester and later in the maintenance department for the New Hampshire State Hospital in Concord before retiring. Survivors include two sons, Ernest Bergevin of Epsom and Robert Bergevin of Candia; a daughter, Pauline Dunlap of Antrim; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. His wife of 70 years, Gladys (Nason) Bergevin, died in 1999. Calling hours will not be held. Graveside services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Buck Street Cemetery in Pembroke. The Rev. Henry Frost of the Loudon Center Freewill Baptist Church, will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice Program, P.O. Bergevin, EPSOM Monday, March 29, 1999 EPSOM - Gladys E. Bergevin, 88, of Suncook Valley Highway and formerly of Gilbert Road in Allenstown, died yesterday at the Epsom Manor Nursing Home after a brief illness. Born in Freedom, she was the daughter of Jesse and Bertha (Beck) Nason. She moved to Allenstown after her marriage in 1929 and lived there for more than 60 years before moving to Epsom. She was devoted to her family and home. She leaves her husband of almost 70 years, William Bergevin of Epsom; two sons, Ernest "Bucky" of Epsom and Robert of Candia; a daughter, Pauline Dunlap of Antrim; a brother, Jesse Nason of Reading, Mass.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Buck Street Cemetery in Pembroke, with the Rev. Henry Frost of the Loudon Center Freewill Baptist Church officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice. The Petit Funeral Home of Pembroke is in charge of arrangements.
