    3. OSCAR J. ROUSSEAU - Pawtucket 01:00 AM EST on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 OSCAR J. ROUSSEAU, 85, of Ballston Avenue, a former store owner, died yesterday at Rhode Island Hospital, in Providence. He was the husband of Grace H. (McLean) Rousseau; they had been married for 53 years. Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Joseph and Eva (Laporte) Rousseau, he was a lifelong resident of Pawtucket. He had wintered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for more than 25 years. He had been the proprietor of the former Rousseau's Market, on Broadway, for many years before retiring, and also had owned thoroughbred horses. Mr. Rousseau was a communicant of St. Cecilia Church. He enjoyed golfing and bowling. He was a former member of Le Foyer. Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Karen L. Wims of Attleboro and Janice L. Bouvier of East Providence; a son, David J. Rousseau of Pawtucket; two sisters, Rita Gilkenson of Pawtucket and Eva Merrifield of East Providence; seven grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was the brother of the late Ernest Rousseau. The funeral service and burial will be private.
