ROBERT A. LAFLEUR - Swansea 01:00 AM EST on Thursday, November 4, 2004 ROBERT A. LAFLEUR, 78, of Wilbur Avenue, formerly of Pearse Road, a retired pipe fitter, died last Thursday at the Somerset Ridge Center. He was the husband of the late Lois V. (Foley) Lafleur. Born in Fall River on April 9, 1926, he was a son of the late Arthur and Emma (Hebert) Lafleur. Mr. Lafleur had worked as a pipe fitter at the former Navy Base, Newport, for 10 years, retiring in 1988. He served in the Marines during the Korean War. He was a parishioner of St. Michael Church. He leaves a son, David Lafleur of Swansea; and a granddaughter. He was the father of the late Robert R. Lafleur. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Fatima Church, 530 Gardners Neck Rd. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fall River.
