CARDINAL, Edmee "Mae" (nee Quesnel) Passed away peacefully at the Montfort Hospital, Ottawa following a brief illness on Saturday, October 30, 2004 in her 84th year. Wife of the late Ovila Cardinal. Loving mother of Paul (Grace) Cardinal of Navan and Pauline (David) Gannon of Winchester. Dear grandmother of Angelique (Rob) Tamblyn and Trisha Gannon. Sister of Mary Q. Lester (late John) of Florida, Cecile Lafrance (Rolland) of Embrun, Reverend Sister Fernande Quesnel FDLS of Vanier and Bruno Quesnel of Quebec. Also survived by friend Graham Hess. Predeceased by brothers Rolland, Gerard, Jean-Paul and Rheal Quesnel. Mae was born in St. Albert, Ontario on April 23, 1921 to Omer and Alberta (nee Mailhot) Quesnel. Resting at the Chesterville Funeral Home, 62 Queen Street, Chesterville, where family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 3rd from 8 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by Funeral Service at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Chesterville.
