Mary 'Marie' Chaput, 94 Hospital administrative assistant; active in church WEST HARWICH - Mary "Marie" (Connell) Chaput, 94, formerly of Southborough, died Nov. 12 at Epoch Senior Healthcare of Brewster. She was born in Framingham, where she was an administrative assistant at the former Cushing Hospital for more than 20 years. She was a member of Holy Trinity Church in West Harwich and a former member of St. Matthew of Southborough. She was also a member of Friends of the West Harwich Library and a former member of Southborough Women's Club and Friends of the Southborough Library. Survivors include a son, E. Mark Chaput of Martha's Vineyard; a daughter, Alice M. Rabeni of North Eastham; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of Katherine C. Bartolini, who died in 2002. Visitation is 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main St., Southborough, followed by a Mass of Resurrection at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Church, Highland Street, Southborough. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery, Southborough.
