11/18/2004CECILE M. MONGEON BURLINGTON - Cecile M. Mongeon, 48, passed away unexpectedly in Fletcher Allen Health Care Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2004. She was born in Burlington, July 14, 1956, the daughter of Joseph and Catherine (Barnes) Mongeon. she graduated from Rice Memorial High School and has been involved in health care for a time. Cecile enjoyed walks and the outdoors. She will be well remembered as the kindest person you'd ever meet. She had a heart of gold and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She leaves her children and spouses, Tanya and Charles Martin III of North Ferrisburgh, and Darrell and Amber Parrott of Burlington; three grandchildren, Charles E. Martin IV, Leagah Burbo and Dylan M. Hutchinson; her parents, Catherine Mongeon of Burlington, and Joseph Mongeon of Winooski; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; and her boyfriend, Mike Delphia, among many other friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Co-Cathedral with interment following in New Mount Calvary Cemetery, Plattsburgh Avenue. Visiting hours are today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in Elmwood-Meunier Funeral Home, 97 Elmwood Avenue.
