    3. Jeannette Thebodo Jeannette Thebodo 1915 - 2004 CHICOPEE - Jeannette (Desroches) Thebodo, 89, of Agawam, died Tuesday, November 9, 2004 in Mercy Medical Center. She was born March 15, 1915 in Chicopee, daughter of the late Joseph and Rosa (Lafond) Desroches, and attended local schools in Chicopee. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of American Legion Post 353 in Willimansett. Jeannette enjoyed spending time with her family, taking care of her children, and traveling. She leaves her husband of sixty-four years, Francis C. Thebodo; and her children, Jeanne L. Allen and her husband James of Westfield, and Lorraine J. Duprey and her husband Eugene of Chicopee. She also leaves three grandchildren, James and Timothy Allen of Westfield, and Kevin Duprey of West Hartford, CT; and four great-grandchildren, Shawn and Rebecca Allen, and Elliott and Ava Duprey. She also leaves many nephews and nieces, and great-nephews and nieces. The funeral will be Thursday at 8 a.m. from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St., Westfield, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in St. Peter's Church in Westfield, with burial to follow in St. Thomas' Cemetery in Huntington.
