Tuesday, November 9, 2004 Joyce Anne (Poulin) Chub BOXFORD -- Joyce Anne (Poulin) Chub, 74, died Sunday at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She received her degree in nursing and was a geriatric nurse for the Oxford Manor Nursing Home in Haverhill. Mrs. Chub was a member, volunteer and fund-raiser for St. Mary's Church in Georgetown and a member of the Grange in Boxford. She worked for Boxford during elections, was involved in other town activities and was a Den mother and Brownie leader. She leaves her husband of 49 years Henry; daughter Marina Chub of North Andover; sons David of Shirley, Thomas and his wife Jeanne of Topsfield and Peter and his wife Amie of Virginia Beach, Va.; brothers Thomas Poulin of Illinois, Michael Poulin of Florida, Tony Poulin and William Poulin, both of Maine, and their families; sisters Lucy Poulin of Maine and Mary Young of Florida and their families; and five grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Henry Chub. Memorials may be made to Homeworkers Organized for More Employment, Route 1, Orland, Maine. ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours are Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Merton E. Roberts Jr. & Conte Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant St., Georgetown. A funeral Mass will be Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Georgetown. Burial will follow in Village Cemetery, East Boxford.
