Joseph F. Stephen WINDHAM, N.H. - Joseph Francis Stephen, 54, of Windham, died Saturday, Nov. 20, at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He was the husband of Jocelyne (Desrosiers) Stephen of Windham. They had been married for 29 years. He was born June 29, 1950, in Lowell, son of the late Joseph D. and Georgette (Lemieux) Stephen. He graduated from Dracut High School. Mr. Stephen was a local businessman for 27 years. He was the owner of Josco Corp., a company he founded in 1977, originally in Hudson, N.H. and currently in Nashua, N.H. He was a member of St. Kathryn Church in Hudson, where he served as a Eucharistic Minister. Mr. Stephen was an avid hunter and an antique car enthusiast. He enjoyed both airbrushing and being a coppersmith. Besides his wife, survivors include two sons, Jason Stephen of Windham, and Jacob Stephen of Windham and his fiancee, Melanie Luciano, of Hudson; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Gloria Lessard of San Diego and Nina and George Georgiou of Milford, Pa.; A mother-in-law, Gisele Desrosiers of Sorel, Quebec; Two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law, Diane Desrosiers and Francine and Pierre Dupuis, all of Sorel, Quebec; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
