Farland, Noah Gregory Print This ArticleE-mail This Article Published on 11/16/2004 Ashford - Noah Gregory Farland, 21, of Ashford passed away Sunday Nov. 14, 2004, from injuries sustained in a car accident. Noah was born on May 7, 1983, in Norwich. He was the beloved son and adored friend of his mother, Julie (Ashley) Farland. Noah graduated from E.O. Smith High School, class of 2000. He attended Marymount College in New York City and the University of Connecticut. Besides his mother, he is also survived by his grandparents, Bette and Larry Beam of Griswold; Thomas J. Mooney of Sun City, Fla.; Ed and Judy Ashley of Edison, N.J.; his aunt, Jennifer Ashley of Groton; his aunt and uncle, Carol and Clyde Seaman of Griswold; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held Thursday, Nov. 18, 2004, at 2 p.m. at the Storrs Congregational Church, 2 Eagleville Road, Storrs, with a gathering at the Jorgensen Auditorium, 2132 Hillside Road, Storrs, following the memorial service. There are no calling hours. The Tolland Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
