Flora M. Hammond, 72, of Monty Street, Plattsburgh, died Monday, Nov. 1, 2004, at the CVPH Medical Center. She was born on March 20, 1932, the daughter of Hector and Florence (Blanchard) Bouvia. Calling hours and funeral arrangements are incomplete at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home.
