Edmond W. Provost Jr. Plattsburgh - Edmond W. Provost Jr., 55, of Cornelia Street, Plattsburgh, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2004, at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh on Dec. 26, 1948, son of Edmond W. and Edna (Duquette) Provost Sr. Edmond had been disabled for many years. He enjoyed his family and friends. Edmond is survived by his companion, Christine Blaise of Plattsburgh; one son, Craig T. Provost and his companion Tina McDonald of West Chazy; four brothers and sisters, Joan and Donald Burdo of Plattsburgh, Gary and Wendy Provost of Plattsburgh, Debra and Vernon McKee of Plattsburgh and Neal and Deborah Provost of Plattsburgh; two grandchildren, Colby and Holden; his estranged wife, Eleanor Provost of Plattsburgh; and several nieces and nephews. Edmond was predeceased by his parents; and a niece, Kelly McKee. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at noon Friday at St. Peter's Church. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery in Plattsburgh. Donations in his memory may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association.
