Death Notices (11/10/04) MICHAUD, Orville (Sonny) Jr. Passed away on November 3rd, 2004. Born in North Bay, Ontario, July 28, 1958 he lived and worked in Toronto. Lovingly remembered by his mother Yvonne of Ottawa, brothers Michael, Jerome of Hull, Frank and Joseph of Ottawa, and sisters Stella of Hull, Anna-Marie and Elaine of Vancouver.
