Robert M. Guillemette He was born in Westford on Feb. 21, 1932, a son of the late Albert and Antoinette (Lamy) Guillemette. He graduated from Sargent School in Westford and Lowell Technical High School. Prior to his retirement in 1992, he was employed for 38 years at Raytheon's South Lowell plant as a group leader of equipment maintenance. He received numerous awards from Raytheon for his inventions, according to family members. Mr. Guillemette was also a longtime member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed nature, flowers and gardening. Besides his wife, he is survived three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Lenore Guillemette of Pepperell, Kenneth and Cheryl Guillemette, Gary and Tracy Guillemette, all of Westford; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Dolores and Dana Holleran of Williamstown, W. Va., Denise and Christopher VanVeen, of Brookline, NH, and Janet O'Hare of Pepperell; 15 grandchildren;five great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Theresa and Donald Richards of Dracut; a brother, Raymond Guillemette, of Rocky Hill, Conn.; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.
