CONRAD PAUL PINEAULT - Fall River 01:00 AM EST on Thursday, November 18, 2004 CONRAD PAUL PINEAULT, 70, of 4232 North Main St., and formerly of 38 Estey Way, Stoughton, Mass., a retired business executive, liquidation specialist and real-estate management instructor, died yesterday at home. Born in Fall River, a son of the late Elisee "John" and Catherine (Letourneau) Pineault, he had lived in Fall River, Swansea and Warren before moving to Stoughton in 1978. He returned to Fall River in 1994. Mr. Pineault had been an executive vice president and chief executive office of Harvey Probber Inc. for 21 years, and the president of Corcoran Mullins Jennison Mgt. Co., in Quincy, Mass., for 11 years. He had worked at J.R. Mullins Co., in Braintree, Mass., for 1 1/2 years; Ferland Corp., in Pawtucket, for 1 1/2 years; and Mirrione Companies, in Brockton, Mass., for 1 1/2 years. He had also worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in Boston, Westboro and Franklin, Mass., for eight years, as an FDIC liquidation specialist and section chief in the Owned Real Estate Division. He was a member of the board of directors of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's Rental Housing Association. Mr. Pineault was a member and past president of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Boston chapter, and had held several offices with the IREM's Chicago chapter and the national organization. He was an IREM accredited resident manager and certified property manager. He also had been a visiting lecturer at the Columbia School of Real Estate Development and Management, and had served for several years as a dean for the Builders Association of Greater Boston's registered apartment manager training program. A Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, he served as sergeant. He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Church. He leaves a son, Stephen J. Pineault of Clarksville, Tenn.; three daughters, Paula A. Pineault of Scituate, Sheila M. Pineault of Woodbridge, Va., and Karen A. Pineault of Swansea; three sisters, Jeannette G. De Biasio of Fall River, Lillian N. Larivee of Champaign, Ill., and Pauline A. Hutchinson of Tequesta, Fla.; three grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late J. Philippe, Robert J.L., Raymond E. and Ernest A. Pineault and Theresa M. Pepp. The funeral will be held Saturday, at a time to be announced, from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 North Main St., with a funeral Mass in Holy Rosary Church, Beattie Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
