10/30/2004PAULINE (POQUETTE) BLEAU SOUTH BURLINGTON - Pauline (Poquette) Bleau, 71, of South Burlington died at her home Thursday, Oct. 28, 2004. Pauline was born in Alburg, Dec. 25, 1932, the daughter of the late Chauncey and Elizabeth (Doody) Poquette. She was a graduate of Winooski High School, and was married in Burlington on April 2, 1960, to Raymond A. Bleau. Pauline was formerly employed at IBM, General Electric and Sears. She enjoyed crocheting, but most of her years were devoted to loving and caring for her family. Pauline is survived by her husband of 44 years, Raymond A. Bleau; two daughters, Laurie St. Amour and husband Michael of Essex Junction, and Jan Smith and husband Brian Cloud of New Hampshire; two granddaughters, Michelle and Valerie St. Amour of Essex Junction; two great-grandchildren, Jesse James and Marah Rae St. Amour of Essex Junction; two sisters, Leda Shepard and husband Warren of Colchester, and Barbara Fields and husband Clifford of Davenport, Texas; and by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, Nov. 2, at 11 a.m. in St. Stephen Catholic Church in Winooski. Interment will follow at Fort Ethan Allen Cemetery in Colchester. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Vermont Division, Inc., 13 Loomis St., Montpelier, Vt. 05602. Visiting hours will be Monday, Nov. 1, from 3 to 7 p.m. in the LaVigne Funeral Home, 132 Main St., Winooski.
