Father of Suzann Jones (Edward), Paul (Mary) and Annmarie McIlhinney (Joe). Devoted grandfather of Shawn and Erin LeCompte and Poppa to Chris and Tamara McIlhinney. Only son of the late Bertha (Leduc) and Edmond LeCompte. Dear brother of Alma (Goodfellow). Predeceased by his sisters Jeanne, Irene and Aida. Emile served in the Canadian Army exactly 1000 days during WWII. He leaves behind a group of friends from Cowley Avenue and Orchardview Living Centre. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and Palliative Care at the General Hospital.
