WILBROD R. TELLIER - Cumberland 01:00 AM EST on Friday, November 5, 2004 WILBROD R. TELLIER, 75, of Duchess Road, a retired data-processing chief, died yesterday at Phillip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. He was the husband of Alice D. (Vandal) Tellier. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Napoleon and Marie (Brunelle) Tellier. He had been chief of data processing at the state Department of Employment Security for 27 years before he retired in 1989. He served in the Army during World War II as a captain. Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Claudette Kalf of Woonsocket and Marie Baril of Cumberland; a sister, Clemence Cote of Woonsocket; and three grandsons. He was the father of the late Philippe Tellier, and brother of the late Jean-Marie and Herve Tellier, Aurore Rivard, Beatrice Chevrette and Gertrude Archambault. The funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in St. Joan of Arc Church, Mendon Road, Cumberland. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
