Eleanor Ione O'Keefe, 65 Ex-Buzzards Bay resident; grandmother of four MASHPEE - Eleanor Ione (LaFond) O'Keefe, 65, died Nov. 7. She was the wife of the late James "Joe" O'Keefe. Mrs. O'Keefe was born in Minnesota. She had formerly lived in Buzzards Bay, and had been employed as a cook. Surviving are a son, James P. O'Keefe of Mashpee; two sisters, Shirley Alexander and Rochelle LaFond, both of California; and four grandchildren. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. tomorrow in Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd., Bourne, followed at 1 p.m. by a funeral and burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
