Wednesday, November 3, 2004 Robert J. Gallant METHUEN -- Robert J. Gallant, 59, died Monday at home. He was vice president of Software Solutions of America in Lowell. Born and educated in Lawrence, Mr. Gallant graduated from Lawrence High School in 1963, attended IBM Technical School in Boston and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Improved Order of Red Men. He leaves his daughters Wendi J. Moreau and her husband Greg and Debra A. Gallant, and son Robert J. Gallant Jr. and his wife Sandra Orben all of Methuen; sisters Joanne Carta of Colorado and Donna Mack of Methuen; brothers Leo and Richard, both of Methuen; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association, 2700 Chestnut St., Chester, PA 19013. ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, 122 Amesbury St., Lawrence. A funeral Mass will be Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Monica's Church, Methuen. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen.
