    3. Lillian Allen NEWMARKET - Lillian L. Allen, 90, formerly of Newmarket, died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2004, at Hanover Hill Healthcare, Manchester, after a long illness. Born March 21, 1914, in Hubbard, Iowa, she was the daughter of Eugene and Eva (Rouleau) Diotte. She graduated from Towle High School in Newport and lived in Newmarket for more than 40 years before moving to Wellstone House in Raymond in 1997 and then to Manchester in 2000. She worked as a weaver at Gallant Mfg. Co. in Newmarket, and was also employed at Kingston-Warren Corp. in Newfields. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, Newmarket. Survivors include her brother, Marcel Diotte (and Millie) of Griffin, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews. ---- A visiting hour will be held on Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Kent & Pelczar Funeral Home, 77 Exeter St., Newmarket, followed by an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Newmarket. OBITUARY OF SISTER EMILIENNE PARADIS, from the Prince Albert Daily Herald: PARADIS - Sister Emilienne Paradis, formerly Sister Cecile Yvonne of the Sisters of the Presentation, passed away on Thursday November 4th 2004 at the age of 89 in the Provincial House Infirmary at 1405 Bishop Pascal Place in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. A Prayer Service will be held from the Chapel of the Provincial House on Sunday, November 7th 2004, at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated from this same chapel on Monday, November 8th, at 4:00 p.m. by His Excellency Bishop Blaise Morand. Sister Emilienne leaves to mourn her passing: one sister, Doris [Sister Ste-Therese-Marie] of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary, Hudson, NH.; two sisters in-law: Louise [Ernest] Paradis of Houston, TX. and Lucienne [Raymond} of Manchester, NH.; and the members of her religious congregation. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pamphile Paradis and Yvonne [nee: Groleau]; and three brothers: Ernest, Raymond, and Rene Paradis. Born April 28th 1915 in Manchester, NH., Emilienne grew up and received her education there. In 1934, after her religious training, here first assignment was to teach in Berlin, NH. In 1941, she came to Western Canada and was stationed at Wakaw SK. where she studied and taught voice, piano, and violin at the Sisters Music Studio. She was then transferred to Marcelin SK. in 1951 and to Prince Albert in 1965. In 1972, she took over the responsibility of the Music Studio at Riviere Academy [Prince Albert]. Sister retired from teaching in April 1988. Sister Emilienne kept close contact with many former students; she remembered each and everyone with fondness. Several of these students have become professional musicians. Sister will certainly be remembered for her untiring devotion to youth in the field of music. Her favorite saying, "The peace within becomes the harmony without", truly depicts Sister Emilienne as she was known by her many students, colleagues, Sisters and her devoted caregivers.     3. Jacqueline Plourde BARRINGTON - Jacqueline E. Plourde, 66, of Barrington Oaks and formerly of Amesbury, passed away Thursday evening at her home. Born in Portsmouth on Feb. 20, 1938, she was the daughter of Henry and Pauline (Dow) Emond. She was the wife of the late Roger J. Plourde, who died in 1988. She had worked at the former Bailey's in Seabrook some years ago, but more recently had worked as an assembler at Hirel Electronics Systems in Dover. When living in Amesbury, she had been a longtime member of the Sacred Heart Parish. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Krist and her husband, Richard, of Salisbury, Mass., and Brenda Mason and her husband, Tim, of Stratham; three brothers, Henry and Roland Emond, both of Seabrook and George Emond of Acton, Maine; three grandchildren, Eric Krist, Nicole Mason and Tim Mason Jr.; five great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. - - - Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Parish's Sacred Heart Church, 67 Friend St., Amesbury. Burial will follow in the Wildwood Cemetery in Seabrook. Calling hours at the E.V.     3. Rose Morel EPPING - Marie Rose Anna Grace (David) Morel, 93, of Epping, died Nov. 20, 2004, three days short of her 94th birthday, at Rockingham Nursing Home, after a period failing health. Born in Lowell, Mass., Nov. 23, 1910, she was the daughter of Adolphus and Marie (Dumas) David. She had lived the early part of her life in Haverhill, Mass., married and moved to Epping in 1942, where she resided for 52 years until entering the Rockingham Nursing Home in 1993. She worked for years as a shoe worker and was then employed at Western Electric in No. Andover where she retired. She was married in 1942 to Andrew P. Morel and she aided him in his duties, for many years, to the Town of Epping; Water Department, Police Department and housed, in their home, the phone and alarm system for the Epping Fire Department. Her husband died in September of 1981. She had also served as a member on the Epping Voters Checklist Committee. She played the piano and ukulele, was an avid card player, enjoyed reading, crocheting, rose gardens and being with family and friends. She will be best remembered for her quick wit, very outspoken nature, sense of humor and her Southern Comfort soaked cherries. She is survived by a daughter, Gerry R. West and her life partner, Warren Trefethen of Epping; a grandson and his wife, David Michael West and Michelle; a great-grandson, Michael David West of Nottingham; and one sister, Rita Gorski of Bradford, Mass.; sister-in-law, Rita Poliquin of Epping; and Margarete Sheehan of Waltham, Mass.; and many, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Andrew Morel; her son, Andrew Morel Jr.; her granddaughter, Lisa Marie West and 11 siblings; sisters, Eva Reahume, Ora Denault, Rena Chapman, Louise Ratte, Emma Molanski, Irene Jones and Marie Cerasoulo; brothers, Albert David, Bob David, Adolphus David and Edmund David. Adolphus and Edmund were the first of 13 children in their family to die, they died 13 hours apart, were both born on the 13th and were buried on Friday, the 13th. - - - Calling hours are Monday, Nov. 22 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Brewitt Funeral Home, Epping. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 23 at 2 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery, Epping.     3. Elizabeth Michaels SOMERSWORTH - Elizabeth L. Michaels, 90, formerly of 38 Myrtle St., died Saturday, Nov. 20, 2004, at the St. Ann Health Care Center, Dover. She was born in Somersworth on Dec. 10, 1913, and was the daughter of Joseph and Louise (Conway) Roy. She was raised in this community and was a graduate of Holy Trinity Grammar School and Somersworth High School, Class of 1932. She had lived in Somersworth most of her life. Before her retirement, she had served as a secretary of the GE Employees Association with 28 years of service. Elizabeth was a communicant of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and was a member of the Dover Seniors and Somersworth Seniors organizations. She enjoyed playing cards and loved knitting and crocheting. Her family includes a son, Richard Michaels and his wife, Dorothea, of Somersworth; and a daughter, Marsha Miller and her husband, David, of Rochester. Other family members include her five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces and a dear nephew, Edward DeForrest, whom she raised in his younger years. She was predeceased by two brothers, Henry Roy and Alfred Roy; by her sister, Laura DeForrest. Her husband, Frank H. Michaels, predeceased her in 1979. - - - There are no calling hours.     3. Althea Greenwood Gray PLYMOUTH - Althea Greenwood Gray, 77, of Beech Hill Rd., went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Nov. 20, 2004, at her daughter's home in Berlin surrounded by family. She was born in Benton, Nov. 5, 1927, the daughter of Clarence O. and Gladys (Forsythe) Greenwood, Sr. Althea was extremely involved in her community. She opened her home to foster children in need of a loving home for many years. She then felt the calling to work with senior citizens in the Plymouth area by working at the Plymouth Regional Senior Center and starting the Plymouth Area Meals on Wheels Program. She faithfully served at the Senior Center for 26 years in various capacities. She shared 55 years of marriage with Bernard N. Gray of Plymouth. In addition to her husband, family members include her children, Circling Bear Medicine Woman of Berlin, Melissa Demers and her husband Gary of Keeseville, N.Y., and Scott Gray of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Kary Tobine and her husband Randy of Berlin, Jeffrey Demers and his wife Lorrie of Lilburn, Ga., Michael Sholik and his wife Kymberly of Derry, and Jennifer Judkins and her husband Jeff of Mooers, N.Y.; her great-grandchildren, Anthony and Karla Tobine of Berlin, Sarah and Benjamin Demers of Lilburn, Ga., Cheyenne Sholik of Derry, and Morgan and Jamie Judkins of Mooers, N.Y.; and her brother, Clarence O.     3. Frederick W. 'Ted' Willett, 62 Worked in sporting goods; avid boater, fisherman HARWICH PORT - Frederick W. "Ted" Willett, 62, died Saturday at his home. He was the husband of Kathleen (Joyce) Willett for 38 years. Mr. Willett graduated from Archbishop Williams High School in Braintree in 1960. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 13. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Stonehill College in 1964. He began his career as a pharmaceutical salesman for Parke, Davis and Co., then moved into manufacturing sales for 15 years. He purchased Marciano's Sporting Goods in Mansfield in 1986, operated it for eight years and sold the business in 1994. He then headed operations and sales for family-owned businesses Pridewear Inc. and Sports Supplies of New England. Mr. Willett was a Cape Cod resident for the past six years. He was a member of Stonehorse Yacht Club and an enthusiastic boater and fisherman. He also enjoyed collecting and repairing American Flyer trains, and built a railroad village in his workshop that his grandsons and visitors enjoyed. Besides his wife, survivors include two sons, Frederick W. "Teddy" Willett Jr. of Deerfield Beach, Fla., and Andrew B. Willett of Marshfield; two daughters, J. Kate Duggan of Pleasanton, Calif., and J. Elizabeth Willett of Los Angeles; a sister, Marty Murphy of Canton; and three grandsons. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. today at Nickerson Funeral Home, 87 Crowell Road, Chatham. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Holy Redeemer Church, Highland Avenue, Chatham, followed by burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Harwich.     3. Pauline Conrad, 59 Homemaker; enjoyed music, poetry, the beach WAREHAM - Pauline (Tetreault) Conrad, 59, died unexpectedly Friday as a result of an automobile accident. She was the wife of Albert Conrad and the former wife of Raymond Jordan of Florida. Mrs. Conrad was born in New Bedford and raised in Fairhaven. A homemaker, she lived in Attleboro for 10 years before moving to Falmouth four years ago. She enjoyed music, reading poetry and going to the beach. Besides her husband and former husband, survivors include three daughters, Michelle Dephillipis of Falmouth, Delores Henry of Mashpee and Sheila of Barnstable; two sons, Raymond Jordan III of Charlottesville, Va., and John Jordan of Forestdale; three brothers, John, Gerard and Charles Tetreault, all of Fairhaven; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Brenda Marie Jordan. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. tomorrow at Fairhaven Funeral Home, 117 Main St., Fairhaven. Burial is private.

    3. Joseph A.W. Benoit CENTER OSSIPEE, N.H. - Joseph A.W. Benoit, 80, a Lowell native and longtime resident of Dracut, died Tuesday, Nov. 16, at Hugging Hospital, in Wolfeboro, N.H. He was born in Lowell on April 16, 1924, and lived in Dracut for most of his life. He attended local schools and graduated from the Lowell trade schools. Mr. Benoit served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion. Before retiring in 1984, Mr. Benoit was a corrections officer at MCI, Concord. He is survived by a son, Frances Benoit of Dracut; two grandsons, Thomas Halligan of California and Michael Halligan of Enfield, N.H.; and a sister, Ella Parent of Pelham, N.H. Langevin METHUEN -- Russell E. Langevin, 81, died yesterday at Lawrence General Hospital. Mr. Langevin was vice president of Lawrence Savings Bank before he retired. He was born and educated in Worcester. He was a charter member and first president of the Samuel Osgood Stamp Club. He was a field executive for the Boy Scouts of America, Essex Council, and was a member of the Lawrence Credit Bureau. He leaves wife Shirley (Lovell) Langevin; son and daughter-in-law Robert and Susan of North Andover; daughter and son-in-law Sheila and Joseph Schabhetl of Derry, N.H.; brother Louis L. of Methuen; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Louise Laporte > Pierre + Marie Auson Eagle Tribune Lawrence, Massachusetts 18 April 2000 ANDOVER -- Albert Cardinal Langevin, 84, of Andover, died Sunday evening at Lawrence General Hospital. Born in Worcester, the eldest of the four sons of Albert and C. Rose Langevin, he graduated from Assumption Preparatory School and College. Mr. Langevin was also a star player on the college tennis team. He attended Boston University Medical School. Returning to his parents' home in Lawrence, he and his brother Russell became owners of an Atlantic Gasoline Station on Broadway. During this time he married the former Edna Zaleski of Lawrence. Mr. Langevin served in the U.S. Naval Medical Corps in the Pacific in World War II. Following the war, he was employed by Watts Regulator Co. He then became an engineer in the research and development division of the Bolta Rubber Co. for many years. Mr. Langevin and his wife Edna become the owners of Powers Greeting Cards on Essex Street in Lawrence and Malden Greetings in Malden. After many years in the greeting card business, Mr. Langevin pursued and received his master's degree in education and counseling from Salem State Teachers College and became a senior counselor for the Massachusetts Department of Employment in Lawrence. After his retirement, Mr. Langevin and his wife enjoyed many trips to California, Hawaii and St. Martin in the Caribbean. Mr. Langevin will continue to live on in the loving memory of his wife of 58 years Edna, his son Albert W. and his wife Claire of Chula Vista, Calif., his son Richard T. and his wife Carol of Fremont, Calif., his daughter Sharon M. and her husband Jim Long of Pineville, N.C., and daughter Diana J. O'Donohue of Methuen. He will also be remembered by his brothers Louis L. and Russell E. of Methuen, and his five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Clark Long Term Care Center in Ottawa, Lena Theriault (nee Ritchel) left us to meet in heaven, her late husband Frank and her daughter Marie-Claire (Mimi). She was born in Brantford, Ont. on April 30th, 1921. Daughter of the late Henry Ritchel and Clara Knowles, she will lovingly be remembered by her sons Gordon (Carla White), Ronny (Louise Helie), and her daughters Shirley (John Critchley), and Patricia (Patrick Langlois); her brother Harry (Doris Knowles), and her sister Edith Austin. Lena was the loving grandmother of Sonia, Genevieve, Josee, Francois, Eric, Sheena-Kim, Shaun, Justin, and Noemie; her sisters-in-law Therese Theriault (Jean Louis), Suzanne Theriault, Nicole Theriault, and Denise Theriault (Alfred Morton); her best friends Jessie Roberts of Brantford and Pauline Cossette of Sept-Iles. A celebration of her life will be held at Fourth Avenue Baptist Church, (corner Bank and Fourth Ave) on Wednesday November 24th, 2004 at 13:00hrs.
