I am in possession of an indenture deed who's principals are John Henry Caldwell, Merchant of the City of Quebec, The Province of Lower Canada and Sir John Caldwell Baronet of the same place. The deed is dated The third day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five.
