Now, I can document their story of  being on a farm with assurance which is most gratifying. However, I am curious if anyone call give me some ideas as to how these  young men from England would have found their ways to these two  communities.  They probably left England from Southampton in the spring of  1889 after the death of their father.  The family today has no idea why  they would have selected Quebec.  Nor do we have any idea as to their  arrival city. If any List member has any ideas on this subject, I would welcome their  input. To the best of my knowledge there were no relatives who would have preceded  them.  Eventually, the brothers made their way to Massachusetts and lived  there for the most of their lives.
