The site's address is http://www.lieuxdeculte.qc.ca It's a French site, but since it's run by town names, this should not be a problem. As a region, look for "monteregie". There is another Protestant church in Philipsburg, but I don't know which denomination; it's on South Street. One of my ancestors is buried there. St-Armand and Philipsburg were two distinct villages, combined and renamed by Gov't... of course, the locals ignore this and still recognize the two names, sometimes even on the signage.
