Hello I interested in finding out more about the family of Alexander Young and his wife Eliza Snead who escaped from Skeenesborough NY (now Whitehall) to Stanstead Township, Stanstead QC as United Empire Loyalists in 1777. They are my great great great great grandparents. I see from the Mississquoi Genealogical Research webpage that you have a write-up about Alexander and his family titled Alburg-Caldewll Manor 1784-1826. written by Fay Young. I am descended from the Andrew Young one of Alexander and Eliza's children and so is Fay. I would be interested in corresponding with her or anyone who knows about the Young family who were pioneers in Stanstead.
