It looks to me that Thomas Boucher is a widower, previously married to Marie O'Brien, and Mary Theresa Regan is the daughter of the age of majority, of Jeremiah? Boucher and Mary Hurly [or Hurley]. There is no indication that Mary Theresa was previously married.
