LeBlanc immediately began searching for another website that could accommodate the mailing list format he uses on Rootsweb.  After much research, he determined Google Groups was the best option.  So he has created two new public Google groups: “Our Acadian Roots” and “Our Louisiana Roots”, which between them will consolidate 77 Acadian and Cajun, 10 uniquely Louisiana, many French surname, and 32 Louisiana Parish Lists.  The new consolidated Genealogy research/discussion groups will focus not only on Acadian and Louisiana ancestors, but also on "All Early French in North America". In Search of Janvier GAGNIER and family. Janvier was born about 1815 from St Constant s/o Michel GAGNE and Marie Catherine PATENOTRE. He married Clothilde BOURDEAU 13 Jan 1834 at Laprairie. She was born about 1815 from St Joachim, Chateauguay d/o Pierre BOURDEAU & Marie Marguerite LeMIRE. Clothilde must have died before May 1843 for Janvier married Adelaide BEAU 08 May 1843 at Laprairie. All I know is that had two children that I know of Clothilde and Mathilde.
