Essa, spinster, married Seth Summersett/Sommersett, widower, age 34, Hotelkeeper, both Methodist, in Barrie in 1890. They are on the 1891 census in Essa Township with children Frank, 1 and Eliza 1/12. Seth is still a Hotelkeeper. I found the children's birth registrations (both registered in 1891). Edgar Frank Watson was born in 1889 and Mary Elizabeth in 1891. Father is a Hotelkeeper in Angus. I didn't find your Bertha on the Wesleyan Methodist baptisms but there were some Broley's (try various spellings) you might like to check.
