Hi Colleen, It's a name I've queried about on this list before, Bertha Broley (parents ? Campbell & Mary Rebecca Broley) b. around August 1890 in Simcoe Cty. Info is from the US 1900 census, and mother's second marriage registration. So far, all suggestions and searches turned up nothing---all leads turned out to be wrong. So I'm hoping for other explanations and leads. Hi Nancy, I'm a little confused; is Bertha Broley the daughter of a Mr. Campbell & Mary Rebecca Broley? In that case, wouldn't she be Bertha Campbell? Who was Mary Rebecca's second husband, & what was her maiden name? I searched Ancestry but can't find any Bertha Broley in the 1900 US census either. All I find is a Bertha Broley (married name) born 1880 in RUSSIA, on the 1910 US census. There definitely were Broleys in Simcoe Co., even a Rebecca Broley having children, but no Bertha.
