Hi Ron: I got to the library yesterday afternoon and copied all the 7th concession information from the Land Records index. Also, I copied references to any John Dunn as not to miss anything. I have copies of both that I could scan and send to your personal e-mail address if you like. Hope this will be of interest to you. I see that John Dunn, who petitioned for land, was living outside of Simcoe County at the time.
