Would there be any chance that anyone out there would possibly have info or pictures of the MCLAUGHLIN'S or BARR'S from the Medonte Township area. I have a couple of my dad's school photo's (1937), I believe the picture was of Medonte S.S. # 4. I am hoping to find a school picture of my mother Wilda Barr. Have you tried your luck with THE SIMCOE COUNTY ARCHIVES, OR THE Museum . You might get just plain dumb lucky. As a matter of question . Where is S.S.# 4 located. Is it, by any chance, now, perhaps a private residence. I located a picture of my Mother, in a home which used to be a school in TINY. Mother was the first teacher, in the new school, in 1913. It was a find .. had never seen it before. She was 19 years old, at the time. I now know who my niece resembles.
