It isn't necessary to make a donation but if you would like to do so, Mary Lou Miller and Mary Lou Raftery (from the Simcoe List) left donations with me, after their visit this year, to give to the genealogy department (Carole Stuart is the new genealogist) at the Collingwood Library in memory of Jopie Loughead. They requested that a memorial fund be set-up for her. Hopefully, I will get to the library this weekend to check the index for your possible military grant in Vespra for John Munro. It is possible to do both name and location checks so I will look for him both ways.
