Barbara .... Maybe you can pass this on. I tried to bring up the Rootsweb site, to pick up an original e-mail address, but it was a no-go. That said, McLean was a time honoured name, around BARRIE , years ago, and may well still be. I went thru' High School with John and Bill McLean, whose father EDGERTON McLEAN , had a prosperous farm on the edge of ORO TOWNSHIP, at it's western proximity to Penetanguishene Road, in Barrie , at the junction of (old) Highway # 11. Farm is still there, and may well be still in the Family. John graduated High School and went to University of Guelph, and became a VETERINARY !!! But two-legged folks kept calling for service, so he went back to University and became an M.D. He set up practice in COLLINGWOOD. Have forgotten what younger brother Bill chose, as his career. There may well have been (other) younger siblings. You folks keep taking me back 60+ years .. THANKS !!!!!!!
