My Stephens' are descended from Shadrach (Shadrach) Stephens a Loyalist who came to Simcoe by way of Wales-S. Carolina-New Brunswick (+ N.S.) and finally Simcoe County. His son Frederick Smith Stephens settled Beeton, Tecumseth and Alliston area.. and his grandson Alfred O. also was in Tecumseth area... I have not found any who are from England proper. I am always interested in the Stephens family.. if I come across any info I will send it your way.. carol.
