Hi Paul: Since Ezra may have been the youngest in the family, do you think that Thomas could have been his nephew? On the 1861 Simcoe census, Ezra is listed as age 27 and his mother, 68. There is probably a good chance there were other children in the family and maybe one of them had a son, Thomas. Is Frederick Simpson, age 31, living in Oro in 1861, and died in Orillia in 1906, also one of William and Ann's sons? Was wondering if anyone who went to Central Collegiate in Barrie, and had either of the Young sisters as teachers, can give me any idea as to a date to look for their obituaries. I believe Grace passed away in 1971, and Laura passed away in 1980. They were my mother's cousins. I remember visiting them many times as a child, at their home on Berczy Street in Barrie. They had the prettiest perennial gardens. Any help is appreciated. Nancy
