Their daughter, Eleanore, born abt 1825, was married 29 March 1849 to John CORBETT. Since John CUNNINGHAM and Mary REID were both born abt 1810, give or take maybe ten years, it would be impossible for them to be the parents of this William. 1861 census doesn't show them with a son named William; however, it's possible that they may have had a boy of that name that had already left home by the time the 1861 census was taken.
