They were my gg-grandparents. I was also under the impression that Josiah & Rachel Mills Terwillger were Rachel's parents. But, I have been in touch with a man who is on the Terwilliger line, and he informed me that this was not true and cannot locate parents for Rachel. I can give you the paticulars in full later in emails. I haven't gotten past Isaac Sr, but do have info on some of their children, maybe we each have info the other doesn't have.
