I'm an administrator for a couple of rootsweb lists as well, so I know how frustrating it is. But sometimes the messages that are bounced back to me are from people who really are trying to send a note to the list and don't realize they must first subscribe. But it sounds like this Simcoe list is really going overboard. Guess it seems many like the SIMCOE list -- there was one fellow at Rootsweb who always clicked on the Simcoe Archives when he had time -- wish he was still there, as do many others.
