Hi Pam My 5th great grandparents were Samuel French & Sarah Hale who ended up in Waverley. I have done some research on the Hale family in Gloucestershire, England. I am not aware of any connection to Harry Hale in Penetanguishene, however, if the records indicate his family was from Gloucestershire, I would definitely be interested in taking a look. It is a collection of items from the Hale and Spurr families of Penetanguishene and England, including estate information, newspaper clippings, photographs (some very old), funeral home visitation books, World War ll memorabilia, thank you cards, announcements etc. One could put together four or five generations of this family just from the material in the collection.
