The slab of cement that is below them has caved in. It looks to me that the soil underneith the cement had been washed away causing this slab of cement to cave in. Does anybody know who's responsible for looking after this cemetery? Also, there's a lot of shrubs planted in front of the tombstones making it impossible to even read the stones.
