As I live in Michigan very close to Arenac Co. I did have the info on Flora, who was my husbands great-grandmother. Most of the 14 children I have been able to find info on. Soloman was the only one I have lost. There are several of them in the family. I did find one in Nova Scotia, but it says he was born there. Census are not always correct so that could be wrong. Check out the Manitoulin Island sites. In my 1901 Algoma census there are over 60 McCol(e)man s including 2 Flora s aged 17 and 35 and 2 Soloma/on s. aged 4 and 11. ( Looks like 2 grandsons of an old Soloma/on) Manitoulin has at least 2 excellent genealogical sites. They solved a Wilkinson mystery for me in an addendum to an obituary.
