Their stone contains the following(not an exact transcription) West side of Stone; Thomas Gallaugher died Feb. 7, 1920 aged 77 years 2 months Catherine Amess, his wife, died October 25, 1922, age 76 years 6 months. Alice L. Gallaugher wife of James Bailey died June 1, 1919 age 36 years, 6 months. North side of stone: Elizabeth Lowry died Nov. 20, 1923, age 72 years East side of stone: Thomas Dickey 1861-1952 Margaret Gallaugher his wife 1867-1957 My question has to do with Elizabeth Lowry. She was the daughter of Charles Lowry and Margaret Sanderson, and was born in Nottawasaga. She died in Toronto after working as a servant her whole life.
