GenWeb at http://www.waynecook.com/simcoe.shtml ------------------------------- Colin ....... Read the Globe article, with interest. Have a very early acquaintanceship with a canoe, on the open waters of Georgian Bay, and the Severn River. I would refer you to WAYNE COOK's site above ... And REMINISCING IN SIMCOE COUNTY ........ Article #6 -- ON 43RD HONEYMOON. CLICK ON THE PICTURES, at the end of the article. THAT IS ME ....... In the centre of the canoe ....... Many moons ago !!!!!!! A favourite memory is having been LOCKED THROUGH , the Lock at Port Severn, Ontario, with just Mr. Lazonby, and me, in the canoe. NO OTHER BOAT was in the lock, at the time. Does it make me a Typical Canadian .......... I like to think of it as " JUST A LUCKY KID " Thanks for the Memories, Paul Robins, Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
