Charles was the father of my husbands great grandmother, Sarah Fox. Someone on this list asked if there was any relation to Eliza Cross Cameron of Alberta. At the time I had no knowledge of Eliza so could not make a connection. Now that the 1861 census is available on line I have discovered Eliza! And sure enough, she is the sister of my Sarah.
