    3. BTW - I have seen no references to WWII records. I take it these are not accessible yet? Does anyone know when they will be? He is about the 130th soldier I have compiled information on and I must be getting tired. I started part of this project 3 or 4 years ago and at that time I could not find his papers no matter where I searched. You get an A and I get a D for this one. I will have a few more for you in coming weeks. Pam ***************** Ten People All Genealogists Should Follow On Twitter: http://tr.im/hBAy Simcoe Co. See http://www.rootsweb.com/canmil/ The Canadian Military Heritage Project, for links and information on how to order WW2 (or other years) Lorine -- Lorine McGinnis Schulze * Follow me on Twitter http://twitter.com/LorineMS * Olive Tree Genealogy http://olivetreegenealogy.com/ * Naturalization Records http://naturalizationrecords.com/ [email protected] or [email protected]

    3. And don't wait to request the copy you want. My father was an aviator in RNAS/RAF and by the time I finally decided to hire someone in UK to obtain the record it had been reduced to basic info. Fortunately there were old and yellowed newspaper articles that told his story. Cheers!
