I tried looking up this marriage on Ancestry but only a transcription of the index entry is available, not the actual image, so I'm not sure how it could "clearly" read Wannover unless you have access to the original. But in any case, as other listers have noted, considering Anna's sister was born in Normanby Twp. (where Hanover was), & considering Anna's death record lists her birthplace as Hanover, I think we can conclude that "Wannover" was either a bad transcription or original misspelling (handwritten H's are often mistaken for handwritten W's & vice-versa) of Hanover.
